B.V Panduranga Rao (born on September 20, 1944) a renowned Cartoonist of Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore, Karnataka has created 50 Hand made colored Flip Books Animation of different sizes added with music, with the theme of Sports & Games, Environment, Covid 19 and on General Educational subjects using Xerox papers, Fevicol, Dot Pen & Colour Pencils. He took 2 months to create all flipbooks and set a New Record on 23rd March 2023.
