Mr. Allam Naveen S/o Allam Devidas ( Born on 15th October 1984 ) Bagulawada, Nirmal, Adilabad.Telangana State, India has designed a portrait of Telangana Chief Minister Sri K. Chendrashekar Rao with using of 6000 Rice seeds and wrote word “KCR” on A/3 size paper with in 5 month of time. This record has been support to Sri K. Chandrashekar Rao’s mission save tree and plantation.
