Rajan Kumar, Icon, Sveep, Munger, Bihar S/O – Lakshman Prasad Singh, Known as Charlie Chaplin – II from India has distributed 130 Voting Invitation cards, 130 Red Roses, 130 Candles and 130 Balloons, 130 chocolates in 130 Minutes live road shows (at 04:00 PM to 6:10 PM) to 130 voters and made them laugh on the occasion of 130th Birth Anniversary of Charlie Chaplin on 16th April 2019 for voter awareness programme, District Election Officer – cum – District Magistrate Munger, Shri Rajesh Meena and Charlie Chaplin – 2 has been planted Voting Tree at District Magistrate Officer, Fort area, Munger, Bihar, India.
